Fifth Sunday of Easter



Sunday teas will be served by the French Speaking Prayer Group. Next Sunday’s teas will be served by The Volunteers. Thanks you to all those who help out with the Sunday teas.

Last Week’s Collections

First collection was £966.14p including Gift Aid £542.63. The 2nd collection for Ecclesiastical Education was £177.64. Thank you for your generosity. The 2nd collection today is for Parish Funds.

Recently Deceased

Please pray for the souls and families of Richard Austerberry, Vincent King, Thomas Carr and Mario Verrilli. Richard Austerberry’s funeral will be at 12:30pm on Tuesday 20th May 2014 and the cremation will be at 1:30pm at Beckenham Crematorium. Vincent King’s funeral will be on Friday 23rd May at 1pm.

Gift Aid Envelopes

Newly prepared boxed sets of envelopes for use from June 2014 are ready at the back of the church. Please collect your box. Thank you for your continuing support.


The UCM ar running a coach to Aylesford on Tuesday 27th May 2014 (during half term week). Leaving the church at 9:30am and returning at approximately 5pm. The cost is £15. Knights of St Columba Food Bank Collection

The Knights are collecting at all masses next weekend for the Penge Food Bank.


Choir practice will now be on the first Monday of every month in the church at 7:30pm. If you would like to join the choir, please Clare on 07748 016 062.

Days of Recollection for Eucharistic Ministers

If you are a Eucharistic Minister and would like to attend a day of recollection at the Emmaus Centre on either 14th, 26th June, 26th July or 6th September then please let us know.
