We kindly ask that you respect our Parish Church guidance:
¨ Please turn off your mobile phone when you enter the Church.
¨ Please remember that many parishioners like to pray before and after the Mass so please be respectful and keep talking/noise to a minimum.
¨ If you would like to book a Mass, there are envelopes at the back of the Church.
¨ Parish Business: Father Joseph is available between 7pm to 8pm on Wednesdays if you would like to speak to him in person or on the phone.

Mass Times:
Mondays to Saturdays: 9.30am (and 7.30pm on Tuesdays)
Sunday Masses: 6pm (Saturday evenings); 9.30am; 11.15am and 5.30pm
Adoration and Benediction: Every Friday at 7.30pm
The Angelus will be said every Saturday at 6pm, before the evening Mass, and after the 11.15am Mass on Sunday.
Sunday Teas for October: This Sunday’s teas will be served by the Knights of St Columba.
Next Sunday’s teas will be served by the Parish Pastoral Council and The Union of Catholic Mothers will be serving the teas on Sunday 19th October.

Recently Deceased: Please pray for the soul of Abdul Sam Banugura. His funeral will be at St Anthony’s on Thursday 16th October at 11am followed by the burial at 1pm at Biggin Hill Cemetery.
Please also pray for the soul of Ermyntrude Catherine Adams who was laid to rest recently. May their souls rest in peace.

The Rosary In October: The month of October each year is dedicated to the Most Holy Rosary. Those who recite five decades of the Rosary in church, or a family, or as a group may gain a plenary indulgence daily. You can also recite daily the Litany of Loreto and the Prayer to Saint Joseph.
Rosary Service: This Sunday is Rosary Sunday. There will be a Rosary service on Sunday at 4pm. All are welcome, please come.
Induction Ceremony: The induction mass of our new Parish Priest, Reverend Father Joseph Edem will take place on Friday 5th December at 7pm. All parishioners are invited to join in this celebration of the formal appointment of Father Joseph as our Parish Priest. There will be refreshments in the school hall after the Mass. Please put the date in your diary. Further details to follow.
Annual Mass Count: For information – The Annual Mass Count has started and will be continuing this weekend (4th/5th Oct) and next weekend (11th/12th October).
RCIA Programme – 2025/2026: This programme is meant for adults who wish to be baptised or receive any of the Sacraments of Christian Initiation, i.e. Baptism, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation. Please complete an RCIA request form and return it to the presbytery. The forms are available at the back of the Church.
Marriages: If you wish to get married then please contact Father Joseph as soon as possible. We need at least six months notice.
Parish Christmas Fair: Please put Saturday 13th December (11am to 2pm) in your diary as the date of the Parish Christmas Fair. The parish council will shortly be making appeals for volunteers and donations, but above all, for the support from all the parishioners and parish groups to ensure we have another successful Christmas event to bring our parish and community together. Further details to follow.
CAFOD Family Fast Day: Friday 5th October was Family Fast Day. Please return your envelopes as soon as possible.
Pilgrims of Hope – Weekly Rosaries: Join the Knights of St Columba every Thursday at 7.30pm via zoom (Zoom ID: 895 3351 1576, passcode: 856705) or on facebook (https://facebook.com/KofSC.
Father John Olaniran: The Induction Mass for Father John Olaniran will be taking place at 7pm on the 31st October at St Theresa of the Infant Jesus, Biggin Hill. TN16 3LJ. All parishioners from St Anthony’s are welcome to attend.
Gift Aid: We would like to say a big thank you to all parishioners who signed up for our Gift Aid Scheme. This bonus income for the parish has been made possible because parishioners who pay UK income tax have completed a Gift Aid Declaration form, and It has not cost them a penny more! If you pay UK tax please do consider filling in a Gift Aid Declaration Form (available at the back of the Church) as it does make a big difference to our parish finances. Thank you.

Commission for Promoting Racial and Cultural Inclusion – Free Webinar: On 16th October from 7 – 8.45pm there will be a webinar which will offer a meaningful opportunity to reflect, share and entrust our work to Mary’s intercession. Please see the notice board for further information.
Church Cleaning: The Church is cleaned every Saturday at 10am. New volunteers are always welcome.
